Luis "Lu" Moreno, co-founder of ITM Studios and founder of MidSide Sound is an industry-professional mixing & mastering Engineer. Lu has worked with Keyshia Cole, Ari Lennox, Lucky Daye, G-Eazy and many more! As an owner, he uses his experience to helps build his community by providing opportunities and lessons at In The Mix Studios. Known for his work in Hip Hop, RnB and Pop, Lu continues to work with the industries' leading professionals in hopes to further expand his ability to help grow the next generation of engineers.

Dee Kei is one of the Co-Founders of ITM Studios. With a unique background in starting multiple businesses around marketing and media, Dee Kei is a mixer by trade, and hosts the world's largest mixing podcast, "Mixing Music". He has been nominated for Forbes' "30 Under 30" twice.

Matt is an artist, producer, and engineer living in Los Angeles. Between mixing at Parachute Recordings and working on his own brand of melancholy rock, he enjoys spending time with his bombshell girlfriend and heart-melting Chihuahua, Paco.

Matchi McCormick is an engineer/producer from Seattle, Washington. Through working with folk music like 12 Feet Tall and producing hip hop beats for other artists, his diversification of genre allows him to extrapolate ideas through fusion. Outside of music, he works on beating Narek at Smash Bros and taking a lot of photos.
